Refund & Cancellation
1. Scope
This policy covers advisory retainers and project-based engagements sold directly by Nimbus Trace to business customers in Korea unless superseded by a master services agreement. Purely informational purchases of downloadable templates, if offered later, would be called out separately at checkout—today the site does not operate checkout.
2. Exceptions
Work already delivered, workshops already delivered live, and third-party pass-through costs are generally non-refundable once incurred. If external reviewers require rework outside the original scope, additional time is billed separately.
3. Process
Email contact@origin-flow.digital with invoice references, engagement name, and a concise reason for the request. We may schedule a short call to align on partial completion before confirming any credit.
4. Contact
The same mailbox handles operational questions and refund coordination; include business or procurement contacts on your side to speed internal approvals.
5. Timeframe
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to distance contracts with consumers, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless delivery began with your explicit consent. Credits, when issued, are typically reflected within ten business days depending on your enterprise client’s AP calendar.
6. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on contract type, work completed, and whether deliverables can be returned or destroyed where proprietary. Enterprise procurement teams may negotiate alternate terms in writing; those terms prevail over this summary when signed by both parties. We keep internal activity logs of approvals and scope changes to support fair reconciliation between teams. Save email confirmations you receive; they function as the quickest reference if questions arise months later.
