Privacy Statement
1. Your rights
Residents of Korea may request access, correction, deletion, and restriction where applicable under the Personal Information Protection Act and related rules. We respond within a reasonable period, typically under thirty days, unless complexity requires more time with notice. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Internet & Security Agency or another competent supervisory channel.
2. Third parties
Analytics processors may receive truncated technical metadata; we avoid sharing message contents with advertisers. Email delivery and form protection vendors operate under data processing terms aligned to purpose limitation. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
3. Scope
This statement covers data collected through origin-flow.digital and related correspondence with contact@origin-flow.digital. Work performed under a signed engagement may rely on a separate controller-to-controller or controller-to-processor agreement.
4. Retention
Contact submissions are retained long enough to respond and maintain an audit trail, usually not longer than twenty-four months unless a dispute extends the need. Server logs with IP addresses roll off on a shorter cadence unless security monitoring flags an incident.
5. Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to contact@origin-flow.digital with “Privacy” in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to verify the request without collecting excessive new data.
6. Use of data
We use personal data to reply to inquiries, improve site reliability, and understand aggregate readership patterns. Automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects is not performed on visitors through this site alone.
7. Data collected
Forms collect name, email, optional company, and message text. Technical telemetry can include user agent, coarse geography, and referrer headers. Cookies are described in the Cookie Preferences document.
